Refund policy

All items are eligible for exchange or store credit up to 14 days after purchase date.

All final sale merchandise not eligible for store credit or exchange. No refunds.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange or store credit return, you can contact us at shop@nolagoldrugby.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 6000 Airline Dr, Metairie, LA 70003.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or return for store credit will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
